What Is a Pop Up Wedding?
A Pop up wedding is a great way to have your dream wedding without the large price tag. Instead of a up-fronting the full costs of venue hire, decor and all the extras, you pay a fixed fee to share a date with other couples. Similar to an elopement, pop up weddings are smaller affairs and shorter time frames but at a heavily reduced cost.
These Pop up days are fully planned, styled and coordinated by our team on fixed dates and a few select venues throughout the year.
Simply pick your venue, date time slot, show up and get married with up to 20 of your closest friends and family.

Just want to get married without all the fuss? Our ceremony only option including all the things you may need, perfect for budget conscious couples who just want to say “I do” without the price tag. Ask us for recommendations for restaurants close by or head off and celebrate your own way.
Ceremony pop up includes-
- Full planning and coordination by Bali Brides Team
- Use of preparation room for 2 hours
- Venue hire for 1.5 hours including sound system
- Celebrant to conduct commitment ceremony (non legal)
- Hair and makeup for 2 people onsite
- Bouquet and buttonhole for Bride and groom
- Welcome drink for all guests
- Bali Brides surprise flower decor for ceremony
- Flower petals for flower shower
- Small wedding cake for cutting
- 2 Hours Photography

Things to know!
Pop up weddings are fixed inclusions / timing and dates if this does not suit you, please reach out to personalize your own wedding experience with our team.
We only have limited slots for each date, a non refundable deposit of 50% is due to secure date and time. Balance due 30 days prior to event.
Decor and styling — Each date will have a seperate theme / styling, please check this before booking as these are fixed inclusions. Bali Brides will send you a short questionnaire to complete to help us slightly personalise your ceremony.
Due to fixed timings and scheduling, please advise all guests to arrive on time, if you are late for your allocated time the end time for event can not be changed. Bali Brides can not refund / offer credits should you miss your allocated time slot
Bali Brides can not offer refunds or credits in the event of cancellation, please take out wedding insurance.
