Where to Start

Planning a wedding in Bali can feel overwhelming at first, but don’t worry, we’ve done this hundreds of times and will guide you every step of the way. Here’s how it all begins: 

Step 1. Dream big

Think about your vision. Guest list, rough budget, and the vibe you want, clifftop chic, barefoot beach, chapel charm, lush jungle, or private villa party. 

Step 2. Explore venues with us (Enquire Now)

We’ll help you shortlist Bali’s most beautiful venues with video tours, photos, and our insider advice on what works best for your style, guest count, and budget. 

Step 3. Meet our team

Your first chat is with Steph, who looks after new couples. She’ll walk you through options, packages, and answer every question (and give you a gentle reality check if needed). 

Steph will also make sure we’re a good fit for each other. If it feels right, you can either keep things on email or move ahead with a call. From there, she’ll provide up to three initial quotes free of charge. These are guideline costings only, just to give you a sense of what’s possible before you dive deeper with your planner 

Step 4. Site visit (or virtual) Optional

In Bali? We’ll take you around venues in person, arrange tastings, hair and makeup trials and anything else you may need. Overseas? No problem, we’ll do a private video tour so you can see the spaces and picture your day. 

Step 5. Lock it in

Once your venue and date are secured, the fun begins! 

What happens next

This is where we become family, here’s what you get once you’re officially a Bali Bride couple: 

  • Meet your planner. You’ll be introduced to your dedicated wedding bestie (planner).  
  • Welcome call.  A proper kickoff where we map out your journey together.

  • Your Google folder.  We’ll set you up with templates for run sheets, RSVPs, guest lists, wedding website info and more.

  • Welcome call with your planner

  • Extras and essentials (AV, lighting, stationery, entertainment) 
  • Timeline building and final details 
  • Meet your celebrant and work on your ceremony script 
  • Bali week! A final in-person (or virtual) meeting with your planner 
  • Wedding day magic
