We work with several amazing catering companies here in Bali and each one is at a different price point with different inclusions.
We have personally tried them all so can vouch for them and you are welcome to book in a food tasting if you plan on being in Bali prior to the wedding.

TOAST Bali
Please welcome some new comers to the Bali food scene! Toast were established originally as a drinks and cocktails specialist before launching into the food catering side. After quickly becoming one of Bali’s top catering for drinks the owner realised there was a need for premium food at affordable pricing and so Toast Culinary was born.
Drool worthy starters, amazing presentation and premium ingredients. Not to mention the owner is so accomodating and flexible with any change requests. New but quickly becoming one of the bests. Don’t forget to try the blue crab cakes (trust us).
Please note – Toast do not provide tables, chairs or portable marquee for kitchen, please factor this in when looking at costs. Marquee pricing is roughly 3-6 Million IDR depending on venue and numbers. Tables and chairs start from as little as 700,000 IDR per 10 people (Tiffany chairs with banquet tables) Or 1,000,000 with long naked style tables per 8 guests. (PLEASE NOTE TOAST NEW RATES, IF YOU HAVE OLD PRICING DEPOSITS MUST BE PAID BY DECEMBER 1 2023 TO SECURE RATES)
MIMPI Catering
Another newbie to the island but we can tell you, they will quickly be way up there with the best so get in while they are still new and the prices are unbelievable!! Headed up by Aussie event and party planner Nadine who was sick of boring buffets and the standard look of catering for events in Bali. Specialising in grazing, canapes, set and family menus (no buffets here) everything we tried on the menu so far we have LOVED. Even the vegan options!

ABC (Amazing Bali Catering)
One of the longest standing catering companies in Bali, they are halal so no pork products. They do amazing western and Indonesian food options and great cocktails!
My fave things on the menu here is the black pepper tuna, roasted salmon in puff pastry and the quiches with beef and mushroom from the canapes. Or mains – Beef Rendang, Mie Goreng, Beef Tenderloin and the Lamb rack is always a crowd pleaser.

Another long standing catering company in Bali. Think more “high end” and fancy dishes. Amazing tastes, great presentation and service to die for.

And also used by one of our staff members for her wedding, so you know they have to be good to get the tick of approval for one of our owns special days!
They have an extensive menu with lots f tasty canapes, try the ribs or Indonesian special soups, Soto Ayam or Sop Buntut!
